A Legendary Affair Privacy Statement

A Legendary Affair is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. The intent of this privacy policy is to detail the information A Legendary Affair may gather about customers who visit its Web sites, how that information is used, and A Legendary Affair's disclosure practices. Please note that this policy applies only to A Legendary Affair's Web sites and not to the Web sites of other companies or organizations to which we provide links via our web site. In the course of serving its customers, A Legendary Affair acquires, stores and transmits customer communications and information that customers may regard as private or sensitive. Some of this information - such as the customer's name, address, telephone number, and credit card data - is provided to A Legendary Affair by its customers in order to establish service. Other information - such as the customer's account status, choice of services, and customer logs - is created and maintained by A Legendary Affair in the normal course of providing service. None of this information will be disclosed to any party other than vendors approved by A Legendary Affair that are listed on alegendaryaffair.com and only with prior consent by the customer.

Visit Information
A Legendary Affair gathers "visit" information from all visitors that visit A Legendary Affair Web sites. Such data is used in the aggregate, to help determine general usage patterns, how the site was accessed and fine tune layout in order to ensure that our sites are as useful and enjoyable as possible. This "visit" and statistical information will not be made public information.

Please note that A Legendary Affair does not control all HTML served in conjunction with its sites. A Legendary Affair sites may include content from other parties that may perform user activity tracking other than that described herein. For example, some of our customer web sites may use "cookies" in ways that we do not.

Individual User Information
Individually identifiable information will not be released without that individual's prior consent. Visitors are specifically asked for individually identifiable information when signing up to use certain A Legendary Affair services. In some instances, users may be asked for personal interest and/or demographic information in order to create a more customized user experience; however these fields will generally be optional.

A Legendary Affair and/or its partners may wish to contact individual users regarding community news or to make promotional offers. However, such communications will only be delivered to users who have previously approved them.

A Legendary Affair will not disclose any of its customers' personal and account information unless A Legendary Affair has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of A Legendary Affair or A Legendary Affair's customers.

Data Security
A Legendary Affair will protect the confidentiality of its customers' information, account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law. To protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected from customers, A Legendary Affair has appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place to secure this information.

How is customer information used?
A Legendary Affair will not share any customer information with any party other than vendors approved by A Legendary Affair that are listed on alegendaryaffair.com and only with prior consent by the customer.  A Legendary Affair may use customer information to provide its customers with system information or information about new or upgraded products or services.

Opt Out & Modifications
Customers may opt out of receiving notices of new or upgraded products from A Legendary Affair by sending a request to admin@A Legendary Affair.com. In this request to admin@A Legendary Affair.com, customers must identify: contact information, and the date the service was requested.

All customers may access and modify their personal information by contacting A Legendary Affair.

Special Notification with respect to Children's Privacy
(Users under the age of 13)
In response to concerns about protecting children's privacy online, Congress enacted the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"), which sets forth rules and procedures governing the ways in which Web sites may collect, use and disclose any personal information for children under the age of 13. In accordance with A Legendary Affair privacy policy and COPPA regulations, we DO NOT:

1. Request or knowingly collect personally identifiable online or offline contact
information from users under 13 years of age.
2. Knowingly use or share personal information from users under 13 years of age with
third parties.
3. Give children the ability to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally
identifiable contact information.
4. Entice children with the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity to
divulge more information than is needed to participate in the activity.

Disclosure
A Legendary Affair reserves the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests or to protect itself or its users. Where practical, A Legendary Affair will attempt to obtain the prior consent of the individual prior to disclosing individually identifiable information.
