From 405 South:

Turn RIGHT off freeway onto INGLEWOOD AVE.
Turn RIGHT onto MANHATTAN BEACH BLVD. (First Light)
Turn LEFT onto N SEPULVEDA BLVD.
Pass the light at EIGHTH ST.
