You provide your LA County Marriage License (issued within 90 days).

$150 MARRIAGE LICENSE ONLY:
Confidential Marriage License (see details below).
Valid for weddings anywhere in LA County within 90 days.
Cash only for this service.
ADDITIONAL COST OPTIONS:
- $13 check to RRCC (Register Recorder County Clerk) for each certified copy of your marriage license. 2 are suggested.
- $40 to expedite the mailing of your license if you prefer receipt of certificate in approx. 3 weeks vs. 3+ months.
- $25 additional for a Civil or Nondenominational Ceremony presentation for up to 4 guests.
- $27 plus tax for a Name Change Kit.
DETAILS ABOUT THE CONFIDENTIAL MARRIAGE LICENSE:
County offices offer both Public and Confidential Marriage Licenses. The Confidential License can be issued outside of the County Office by specialized Notary Publics. MARRIAGE LICENSE EXPRESS is authorized to issue this license at our office location for LA County marriages that take place within 90 days. Many couples prefer the Confidential License over the Public License because it is a private record and is not accessible to solicitors. No junk mail. No media.
Who Qualifies:
Couples who are 18 years of age and state that they are already living together even for a short period of time.
Identification to Bring:
Original and a photocopy of government-issued photo ID: Driver's License from the US/Canada or a Passport (anywhere in the world).
Additional Information Needed:
- If either has been divorced or widowed within the last two (2) years, bring a copy of your divorce papers/death certificate. If more than 2 years, exact date of divorce/death is needed.
- Knowledge of State or Country (if out of the US) where parents were born.
- Spelling of mothers maiden name.
Blood test, witnesses and US Citizenship is not required.
